Our Story
Before starting Carolina Bath Solutions, I spent five years in the home remodeling industry working for some of the top companies in the country. It was a great experience, but I learned pretty quickly that I'm not a corporate guy. Too often, I watched homeowners who genuinely needed help because of age, mobility, or safety concerns get pushed aside or priced out, simply because high overhead made it easier for a big company to walk away than to do right by them.
That's when I decided to do this on my own. I shop local whenever I can, and I keep things simple and hassle-free, because that's how a home improvement project should feel.
My goal was never to build a corporate giant. It's to give homeowners a beautiful, safe, easy-to-clean bathroom, done right, without pressuring them into 20 years of debt to get it.
Whether it's a single shower replacement or a full bathroom renovation in Charlotte, NC, I treat every job, big or small, like it's my own home.

After five years working for some of the biggest home improvement names out there, I learned almost everything I could about how the industry operates. But the longer I stayed, the more I felt like something important was missing. I kept seeing decisions that put the bottom line ahead of the folks doing the work and the folks paying for it — prices that felt too high, corners that shouldn't have been cut. I wanted something better, something that aligned with how I'd want a company to operate: a place where local clients could get a quality shower without feeling taken advantage of, and where the people doing the work could take real pride in what they build. I believe you can do right by both and still run a successful business.
