WHAT WE COLLECT
Only the information you choose to share.
When you contact us or request a free estimate, we ask for just enough to do the job well:
- Your name
- Your phone number and email address
- The address of the home where the work would happen
- The project details you submit through our forms — for example, whether you're interested in a tub-to-shower conversion or a full bathroom remodel
That's it. We don't ask for anything we don't need to schedule your visit and prepare your quote, and the same policy applies wherever you live in our service area, in either Carolina.
HOW WE USE IT
Three uses. Nothing else.
When you submit a form on this site — including the free estimate request — you're giving us permission to contact you by phone, text, or email about your project. Here's exactly what that looks like in practice:
Contacting you about your estimate
We reach out to answer your questions, confirm details, and set up your free in-home visit. That's the only reason we'll ever get in touch.
Scheduling and quoting
We use your address and project details to plan your appointment and prepare your written quote. Nothing you share is used for anything beyond your project.
Never sold, never shared
We do not sell your information, and we never share it with third parties for marketing. No lists, no "partners," no mystery calls from companies you've never heard of.
Opt out anytime
If you'd rather not hear from us, just say so — on a call, by text, or by email — and we'll stop. No hoops, no forms, no waiting period.

Form submissions are processed and stored by our website host. We access them only to respond to your request, and we don't copy your details anywhere they don't need to be.
Do you use cookies or analytics?
We may use basic, non-identifying site analytics to understand which pages are helpful and which aren't. We don't build profiles on you, and we don't track you around the rest of the internet.
What are my rights?
